I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must express my utmost satisfaction with the entire experience. From the moment of arrival, the stay surpassed all expectations. The location of the hotel is nothing short of perfect, offering both convenience and a delightful atmosphere. Whether it was exploring the nearby attractions or enjoying the local ambiance, the hotel's location truly enhanced the overall experience. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It was impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming environment that added to the joy of our stay. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we felt truly at home throughout our time at the hotel. However, what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional staff. The team was not only professional but also incredibly positive and helpful. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist made our stay memorable. Every encounter with the staff left us with a smile, creating an atmosphere that resonated with genuine hospitality. In summary, our stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. It is rare to find a combination of such a perfect location, pristine accommodations, and a team of staff so dedicated to ensuring a positive guest experience. I want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff for making our stay truly exceptional.

Тhe Gezi Hotel is nicely designed and conveniently located with lovely view over Bosphorus. We were positively surprised at the reception - it is not usual to find somebody who speaks your own native language - thanks, very warm welcome in Bulgarian language! Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and with cleaning services very well completed. Food for breakfast, lunch or dinner was always tasty and the service - very friendly. Not to forget the concierge services - Murat made us feel so well taken care of: he gave us proper advices, secured us taxis (even when traffic was tough and even in the rain!). Shopping? No problem. The hotel is in proximity to bus stops and metro station, but you can also walk to a good shopping area nearby (don't forget to ask the nice lady at the reception to give you proper advice - with a beautiful smile!). We would like to come again and also try the SPA services which we didn't have time to visit.

We got a small upgrade upon check-in, which was definitely a welcome bonus, but I think even without it we'd have enjoyed our stay just as much, especially that we booked a good-value-for-money offer.
